Delivery Rules and Restrictions


Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Clinique Online ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post and New Zealand Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia and New Zealand. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney, will result in longer lead times.
Clinique Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, New Zealand Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, New Zealand Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Delivery Addresses

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our fulfillers have all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
We're sorry Clinique Online only delivers online orders to New Zealand addresses.

IMPORT DUTIES

All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Clinique Online uses Australia Post's eParcel management system. eParcel is a signature on delivery service that provides a freight tracking capability. If for any reason no signature can be collected, these deliveries will be "carded" (card left at letterbox) to the nearest local Post Office for pick up.
