How can I get an ingredient list?
Clinique products are 100% Allergy tested. Fragrance-free. If you need information on specific products and ingredients, kindly contact our Consumer Care team at 0800 352 600 (9am - 5pm. Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) or select Beauty/Product Advice button on the Contact Us page and then select "Concerns about an ingredient".
Can you send me samples?
Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. Samples are available periodically during special offers and also at checkout when you are making an online purchase. If you are unsure about which products are right for you, we are happy to assist with expert recommendations and advice, Click here to contact us.
Why is my favourite product discontinue?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please email our Clinique Online Experts with the name/shade of your favourite product that has been discontinued and they will be happy to provide alternative formulation. To ensure you receive the most personal advice on the formulation/colour that is right for you, we advise you visit your local Clinique counter for a complimentary consultation.

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Email client may be using filters to block email and this may be affecting the receipt of email from Clinique Online. If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your email program or contact your ISP directly to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block email. How to shop online
Welcome to Clinique Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:
Rollover a product image and click on the Quickshop button. Select your desired shade, size or form as relevant and then click "add to bag".
For additional product information, how-to videos and related links, click on the product name or view details link. From the product detail page select “add to bag” to place the item in your cart.
When you've completed shopping, click the shopping bag icon found on each page or click the Checkout button that will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart along with the details for that item.
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag including the quantity (up to six  of any single item) during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.

After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at 0800 352 600 or via email for assistance.

DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "View Bag" and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item which is not shipped.
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.
Maximum purchase policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than eight (8) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 and/or fourteen (14) items per customer. If you have any questions, please call us at 0800 352 600 or CONTACT US and we will be happy to assist.
REDEEMING OFFER CODES.
Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked "Offer Code" on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the "Order Review" page.
Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.
Gift wrap service
Gift orders always receive special care at Clinique Online. We will be happy to create a beautiful gift package and include a note card with your personal greeting.
If you wish to have your Clinique Online order packaged as a gift, simply click on the "Gift-Wrap" option during "Checkout". If you wish to include your personal greeting, please enter it in the text box provided. A fee of $6.00 will be added to your order total.
Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package.
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges, overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such goods to you within 28 days of our notification.
Returns and Exchanges
STEP 1. – Complete the Necessary Documentation
Use the Contact Us Form to notify us you would like to return an item. We will give you the instructions on how to return.
STEP 2. – Return The Product
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within your original delivery note. Please be sure to indicate whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement.
STEP 3. – Processing The Refund
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please notify us immediately by filling out our Contact Us form. Please be sure to select 'An Online Order' and include your Order Number.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Clinique counter. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery Charges & Options
Estimated delivery is up to 4 business days once the orders leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES
To the best of our ability, product orders will be dispatched the on the next business day for NZ delivery.
Gift Card Delivery
Clinique offer digital Gift Cards for delivery.
Digital Gift Cards are sent via email and can take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your choice of email from the time the order is approved.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Clinique Online ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post and New Zealand Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia and New Zealand. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney, will result in longer lead times.
Clinique Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, New Zealand Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, New Zealand Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our fulfillers have all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
We're sorry Clinique Online only delivers online orders to New Zealand addresses.
All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.
